North End Of The "Road"
note "face" geoglyph at left of north end of the "road"
also note possible parallel "road" just to the right
Approximately 10,000 individual holes - each hole approx. 5 feet wide (1.6 meter)
repeating patterns of 8-9 holes wide - repeating every 10-11 rows
Length of the road:
0.9 mile / 1.44 km long

South End Of The Road Ending In The Pisco River Valley
Just as amazing as the Road of Holes are the gaps in the road, which are parallel to the rows of holes.  Also note the two large (15-18 ft / 5.5 meter) craters near the South end of the road.  Over all the Road of Holes follow a directional route with a high degree of uniformity and a relatively precise patterning.
